Incentive Course
The Incentive Course is a bushwalk that runs over 1 ½ hours or 3 ½ hours in which students are taught map reading skills, navigation and teamwork. To begin with, the students are given a chance to be leaders and they must follow the map and lead the entire group to the destination points without going to far off course. The destination points are usually creek crossings and can be Tarzan swings, log crossings or a mini flying fox which means the chances of getting wet and muddy are very high. This activity is very popular with Year 5 students right through to Year 8 students.
