Target Shooting
Target shooting is run inside one of the sheds on Forest Edge property. The guns we use are air rifles which are chained forward to the shooting bench so that they cannot be aimed back into the grandstand. Before beginning this activity, participants are given a thorough briefing on gun safety, correct loading if a gun and warned that no nonsense will be tolerated. Participants then get to have shots on targets, balloons, moving targets, empty soft drink cans and then a ‘Sharp Shooter Shoot Off’.
This activity runs for a single session of 1 ½ hours only.
