Catapult
The countdown has started, to see who can build their very own catapult launcher...
The challenge is to design and construct a catapult system to launch tennis balls and water balloons at a target, in 90minutes!
Using pine logs, ropes and elastic cord, each team will construct a device they think will work. Few succeed on the first attempt, or until we introduce the KOLBY learning cycle, which arms everyone with great problem solving tools.
Catapult promotes innovation and creativity as well as team work and helps to improve dynamics in any school, conference or event group.
Activity session time 1.5 hours.
